I. The Life Insurance Agent Licence of Catherine McNally shall be suspended for a period of three (3) months. commencing '~ J .2009. 2. After the three month suspension has expired. Ms McNally's license shall only be reinstated if and when Ms McNally provides proof satisfactory to the Superintendent that she has obtained errors and omissions coverage insurance in accordance with Ontario Regulation 347/04.
