PARTICULARS OF THE COMPLAINT:

 

John N. Talarico was charged with failure as a Principal Broker to properly supervise a broker whose registration was restricted to acting under his direction and supervision. During the course of a RIBO investigation, the member under supervision was asked to provide additional information to the RIBO investigator. Also the investigator wrote to Mr. John Talarico advising that RIBO had not received the requested information from the member under his supervision and asked for his assistance, to which he did not respond at the time that the investigation report was being prepared.

 

 

DISCIPLINE COMMITTEE’S DISPOSITION:

 

The Discipline Committee approved a consent agreement between John N.  Talarico and RIBO, and ordered:

 

(a)      That the Certificate of Registration of John N. Talarico be revoked effective immediately.

 

(b)      That a recommendation be made to the Qualification and Registration Committee that they not consider any application for reinstatement by John N. Talarico for a period of not less than five (5) years, commencing from the date of this Order.
