THE DISCIPLINE COMMITTEE MADE THE FOLLOWING ORDER:

 

Antonio (Tony) Falcone

PARTICULARS OF THE COMPLAINT:

 

Antonio (Tony) Falcone between the years of 2000 and 2007 continuously answered “No” to question 1 on the RIBO license renewal application form, namely, “Do you have any employment or business other than an insurance broker, life agent, or that has not been previously exempted?”

 

On November 23, 2007, Antonio (Tony) Falcone sent an e-mail to RIBO’s Qualification and Registration Manager and Complaints and Investigations Manager as well as to his Principal Broker disclosing that he worked part-time for Air Canada as a customer service agent, and that he had worked for Air Canada since 1986, but since obtaining his RIBO license, has limited his work schedule with Air Canada.

 

DISCIPLINE COMMITTEE’S DISPOSITION:

 

The Discipline Committee approved a consent agreement between Antonio (Tony) Falcone and RIBO, and ordered:

 

(a)  That Antonio (Tony) Falcone shall be reprimanded for his actions.
