PARTICULARS OF THE COMPLAINT:
It was alleged that Mariano Soares issued temporary liability slips on a vehicle belonging to a client when there was no road coverage on the vehicle.
DISCIPLINE COMMITTEE’S DISPOSITION:
The Discipline Committee approved a consent agreement between Mariano Soares and RIBO, and ordered:
a) That the Certificate of Registration of Mariano Soares is hereby revoked effective immediately.
b) That a recommendation be made to the Qualification and Registration Committee not to allow Mariano Soares to reapply for a Certificate of Registration until after five years of the date of this Order.
