PARTICULARS OF THE COMPLAINT:
Mr. David Allard failed to discharge his duties to clients, members of the public, fellow members and insurers with integrity, and failed to serve a client in a conscientious, diligent and efficient manner with respect to accepting premium payments from several clients and neglected to submit the funds to the insurer or place the coverage on the clients’ behalf as instructed, and hereby consents to an Order of the Discipline Committee of the Registered Insurance Brokers of Ontario as follows:

The Discipline Committee approved a consent agreement between David Allard and RIBO, and ordered:
(a) That the Certificate of Registration of David Allard be revoked effective immediately.
