Pursuant to a Minutes of Settlement and Agreed Statement of Facts, listed as Schedule

“A”, all of which are filed, I hereby order that the life insurance agent licence of Vinodh LAKSHMAN VENKITASUBRAMANI be revoked, commencing the 31 day of October, of 2014.
