REGARDING the Insurance Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. I.8, as amended (the “Act”), in particular, sections 393(9) – 393(11)

 

AND REGARDING Naoshad Sorab Pochkhanawala

                                   

 

ORDER

 

 

 

 

Pursuant to Minutes of Settlement, I hereby order the life insurance agent licence of Naoshad Sorab Pochkhanawala (licence number 02069918) shall be suspended from April 1, 2014, until April 30, 2014.
