REGARDING “Life Agent Licence” Martin Bradley NORRAD Life Agent Licence #: 02075062

AND the Insurance Act, R.S.O. 1990, c.I.8, as amended, particularly section 393

 

ORDER


Pursuant to a Minutes of Settlement and Agreed Statement of Facts, listed as Appendix “A”, all of which are filed, I hereby order that the Life Agent licence of Martin Bradley NORRAD, Life Agent Licence #: 02075062, be suspended for a period of four (4) months commencing the 1st day of July, of 2013.
