REGARDING the Insurance Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. I. 8, as amended, particularly Part XIV
AND REGARDING a hearing concerning the life insurance agent licence of Mr. Lorne S. Marr
ORDER
Pursuant to Minutes of Settlement, I hereby order the suspension of the life insurance agent licence of Lorne S. Marr for a period of twenty-four months effective June 1, 2012.
