REGARDING the Mortgage Brokerages, Lenders and Administrators Act, S.O. 2006, Chapter 29 (the “MBLAA”)

AND REGARDING the Insurance Act, R.S.O. 1990, C.C.8, as amended, particularly Part XIV (the “Insurance Act”)

AND REGARDING the Mortgage Agent and Life Agent licences of Jennifer Lynn Killins (the
“Agent”)

ORDER

Pursuant to Minutes of Settlement filed, the life insurance agent licence and the
mortgage agent licence of Jennifer Killins are revoked effective this date.
