REGARDING “Life Agent Licence and General Insurance Agent Licence” Michele Halsall (Life Agent Licence and General Insurance Agent Licence#: 07099724)

AND the Insurance Act, R.S.O.1990, (the “Act”)

 

ORDER

Pursuant to a Minutes of Settlement and Agreed Statement of Facts, listed as Schedule “A”, all of which are filed, I hereby order that the Life Agent licence and General Insurance Agent licence of Michele Halsall be suspended for a period of three (3) months commencing Tuesday May 1st 2012.
