AND the Insurance Act, R.S.O. 1990, c.I.8 as amended (The “Act”)
ORDER Pursuant to a Minutes of Settlement and Agreed Statement of Facts, listed as Schedule “A”, all of which are filed, I hereby order that the Life Insurance and Accident and Sickness Licence of Xiaodan HUANG be suspended for a period of three (3) months.
