ORDER Pursuant to a Minutes of Settlement and Agreed Statement of Facts, listed as Schedule “A”, all of which are filed, I hereby order that the Life Insurance and Accident and Sickness Licence of Adrian M. PRYCE be suspended for a period of six (6) months commencing February 1, 2011.
