AND the Insurance Act, R.S.O. 1990. c. 1.8, as amended. particularly section 393

ORDER In Minutes of Settlement signed by Lilibeth Ocampo which is filed. the agent agreed to a one month suspension of her life insurance agent's licence #01067567. The original Order. signed on November 18. 2009. incorrectly stated that the agent's licence was revoked for the period of one month commencing December 01, 2009. This Orderamends the word 'revoked' to ' suspended.' The agent has already completed the one month suspension.
