REGARDING the Insurance Act, R.S.O. 1990, c.I.8, as amended (the “Act”), in particular sections 392.5 and 407.1;
AND REGARDING Kuldip Sandhu
ORDER TO REVOKE LICENCE
On July 5, 2018, the Superintendent of Financial Services (“Superintendent”) issued a Notice of Proposal to Revoke Licence (the “NOP”) to Kuldip Sandhu (“Mr. Sandhu”) regarding insurance agent licence #94024641 issued under the Act.
Mr. Sandhu requested a hearing by the Financial Services Tribunal (the “Tribunal”).
The hearing was held on April 12, 2019. On April 24, 2019, the Tribunal issued its Reasons for Decision ordering the Superintendent to revoke the licence of Mr. Sandhu.
Mr. Sandhu has not appealed the Tribunal’s decision.
ORDER
The insurance agent licence #94024641 issued to Kuldip Sandhu is hereby revoked.
