REGARDING the Insurance Act, R.S.O. 1990, c.I.8, as amended (the “Act”), in particular sections 392.5 and 407.1;
AND REGARDING Sukhdev Singh Sohi
ORDER TO REVOKE LICENCE
On July 5, 2018, the Superintendent of Financial Services (“Superintendent”) issued a Notice of Proposal to Revoke Licence (the “NOP”) to Sukhdev Singh Sohi (“Mr. Sohi”) regarding insurance agent licence #93001572 issued under the Act.
Mr. Sohi requested a hearing by the Financial Services Tribunal (the “Tribunal”).
The hearing was held on April 12, 2019. On April 24, 2019, the Tribunal issued its Reasons for Decision ordering the Superintendent to revoke the licence of Mr. Sohi.
Mr. Sohi has not appealed the Tribunal’s decision.
ORDER
The insurance agent licence #93001572 issued to Sukhdev Singh Sohi is hereby revoked.
