AND REGARDING Curtis K. Caesar

ORDER TO IMPOSE AN ADMINISTRATIVE

MONETARY PENALTY

On July 10, 2017, the Superintendent of Financial Services (“Superintendent”) issued a Notice of Proposal to impose an Administrative Monetary Penalty in the amount of $1,500 on Curtis K. Caesar (“Mr. Caesar”) for failing to have errors and omissions insurance while licensed as an insurance agent for a period of eight (8) months, contrary to section 13 of Ontario Regulation 347/04.

On May 16, 2018, the Superintendent and Mr. Caesar entered into Minutes of Settlement in which Mr. Caesar agreed to pay the administrative monetary penalty within 6 months of the date he is given notice of this Order.

ORDER

An Administrative Monetary Penalty of $1,500 is imposed on Curtis K. Caesar, payable within 6 months from the date he is given notice of this Order.

TAKE NOTICE THAT Mr. Caesar must pay the administrative penalty no later than 6 months after being given notice of this Order. You will be receiving shortly an invoice from Ontario Shared Services, a part of the Ministry of Government and Consumer Services, with information as to where and how to make the payment.

If you fail to pay the Administrative Monetary Penalty in accordance with the terms of this Order, the Superintendent may file the Order with the Superior Court of Justice and the order may be enforced as if it were an order of the court. An
