REGARDING the Insurance Act, R.S.O. 1990, c.I.8, as amended, particularly section 392.5

 

AND REGARDING  Ahmed DARWISH Life Agent Licence # 12125142

 

 

 

 

ORDER

 

 

Pursuant to a Minutes of Settlement and Agreed Statement of Facts, listed as Appendix “A”, all of which are filed, I hereby order that the life insurance agent’s licence of Ahmed DARWISH Life Agent Licence # 12125142 be revoked, effective this date.
