AND REGARDING Stacey Anne McCarthy
REVOCATION ORDER
On July 14, 2015, the Superintendent of Financial Services (“Superintendent”) issued a Notice of Proposal (the “Notice”) to revoke the insurance agent’s licence of Stacey Anne McCarthy.
On August 2, 2015, Ms. McCarthy filed a Request for Hearing with the Financial Services Tribunal. On January 20, 2016, Ms. McCarthy withdrew her Request for Hearing.
Section 407.1(7) of the Insurance Act provides that the Superintendent may carry out the proposal to revoke a licence when no hearing has been requested.
ORDER
The insurance agent licence of Stacey Anne McCarthy (licence #03079891) is revoked.
