as amended, particularly section 393
ORDER
Pursuant to a Minutes of Settlement and Agreed Statement of Facts, listed as Schedule “A”, all of which are filed, I hereby order that the life insurance agent’s licence of Lisa Hayman be suspended for thirty (30) day.
