Regarding the life insurance licence of
MICHAEL VOLPE
AND
the Insurance Act, R.S.O. 1990, C.I.8, as amended, particularly section 393
ORDER
Pursuant to a Minutes of Settlement signed by Michael Volpe which is filed, I order that the life insurance agent’s licence of Michael Volpe be suspended for a period of ninety days commencing the date of signing of this order.
