ORDER

 

 

Pursuant to a Minutes of Settlement and Agreed Statement of Facts, listed as Schedule “A”, all of which are filed, I hereby order that the life insurance agent’s licence of Pedram MOUSAVI, Life Agent Licence # 13130991 be revoked, effective this date.
