REGARDING the Insurance Act, R.S.O. 1990, C.C.8, as amended, particularly Part XIV

AND REGARDING a hearing concerning the revocation or suspension of the licence of Seema Gakhar and W.T.S. Insurance & Financial Services Inc.

ORDER

 

 

Pursuant to Minutes of Settlement filed, it is ordered that the life insurance and accident and sickness licences of Seema Gakhar and W.T.S. Insurance & Financial Services Inc. are suspended for five (5) months.
