AND

 

the Insurance Act, R.S.O. 1990, c.I.8,

as amended, particularly section 393

 

 

ORDER

 

 

Pursuant to a Minutes of Settlement and Agreed Statement of Facts, listed as Schedule “A”, all of which are filed, I hereby order that the life insurance agent’s licence of Bencito Guia #07097163 be revoked commencing June 1st, 2015.
