SUPERINTENDENT OF FINANCIAL SERVICES

 

 

REGARDING the Insurance Act, R.S.O. 1990, C.C.8, as amended, particularly Part XIV

AND REGARDING a hearing concerning the revocation or suspension of the licence of Vikas Mahajan

 

 

ORDER

Pursuant to Minutes of Settlement, it is ordered that the corporate life licence and sickness and accident licence of NAAV Investments Inc. be suspended for a period of five (5) months effective April 1, 2015.
