378(2) - No commission if not a holder and Section 391 - Holding out, and Life
Insurance and Accident and Sickness Agent's Code of Conduct Section 1 -
Priority of Policyowner Interests, Section 2 - Confidential Information,
Section 3 - Misrepresentation and Section 10 - Good Faith and Compliance with
Law.
