WHEREAS DATA GATHERING SERVICE INC. dba FIRST CANADIAN PROTECTION PRODUCTS (ALBERTA) and MILLENNIUM INSURANCE CORPORATION and Staff of the Superintendent of Financial Institutions consent to a further variance of the June 29, 2009 Orders and Undertakings issued and provided in this matter this matter;
AND WHEREAS the parties have been working with the Insurance Council of British Columbia to arrange for a transition to appropriately licensed sales of the insurance associated with the Etch anti-theft product at automobile dealerships in British Columbia;
I HEREBY ORDER:
1. That paragraph 2 of the June 29,2009 Order is varied to extend the compliance transition date set forth in that paragraph, previously extended to January 30, 2010, to March 31, 2010.
